A correct and complete implementation of a manufacturer's approved preventative maintenance program is essential to achieving optimum operational life of your equipment. Mainline Equipment has highly trained and qualified field technicians that can peforrm most repairs and PM's on-site.
 
Average Time to Complete
Forklift 12,000 lbs and larger (gas, propane, diesel) - 3.0 hours
Forklift 10,000 lbs and smaller (gas, propane, diesel) - 2.0 hours
Forklift 8,000 lbs and smaller (electric) - 1.5 hours
Stand up / reach truck / stackers - 1.5 hours
Power jack - 1.0 hour
Hand pallet jacks
Dock leveler or stationary scissor lift - 1.0 hour

Parts cost may include: engine oil and oil filter, air filter, transmission filter, fuel filters, coolant. Our trained technicians can maintain and perform quality repairs for ANY BRAND OF LIFT TRUCK.

Worn parts and repairs required will be noted on PM service checklist and if recommended, estimates for repairs will follow.
